I have being commissioning Marcel Hirshman to deliver our basic sign languages course for over 16 years. The courses he has delivered  for us have always been well received getting fantastic feedback.   Participants warm to his friendly and engaging personality.  He creates learning environments that are comfortable and fun ideal for learning.
