BSL Level 4

This qualification aims to further learners’ experiences and development in communication through British Sign Language with Deaf people at an extended level. The entry requirements is BSL Level 3 to be able to enrol onto the BSL Level 4 course.

What will I study?

The qualification is divided into the following units;

Extended Signed Language linguistics

Understand extended British Sign Language in a range of work and social situations

Use extended British Sign Language in a range of work and social situations

Introduction to Interpreting

Where are the courses?

All our courses are either online or at a venue

How long is the course?

The course is up to 32 weeks

How will I be assessed?

There are three assessments for this course. Each assessment is between 10 to 15 minutes.

You will get a certificate once you have achieved a pass for all assessments
